IS THIS LEGAL?
          This is a very gray area and the laws are not clear.  The general consensus is that streaming content is legal, but downloading is not if the movie producer would elect to sue you. According to the legal assistance website, FindLaw, “Copyright Office contends there is no violation when ‘a reproduction manifests itself so fleetingly that it cannot be copied, perceived or communicated."  As stated on the Streaming Page, our app software does not allow a download to occur, so fits within the parameters of the law.  CLICK HERE to review the law yourself if you still have any concerns.

HOW DOES THE BOX WORK?
          The box is the equivalent of an android smart phone on a TV screen, with the ability to stream anything you would on your phone or laptop without the inconsistency that is often found when trying to cast from your phone to a larger screen and without the inconvenience of tying up your phone.  When you have your android box hooked up with a quality HDMI cord, you will still get 4K High Definition picture just like all the top quality TVs on the market, plus now you can hook up a key board and use your tv like a computer to surf the web, play games, check your email, and so much more.  Talk with your Account Manager for even more information but definitely CLICK HERE to educate yourself with the benefits of what a quality Android Box can do for you.

DO I NEED A DIFFERENT BOX FOR EACH TV?
            Technically, you can move the box from room to room relatively easily.  You just need to unplug the HDMI cord and the power cord and move them to another TV.  However, if another family member frequently wants to watch a different show in the other room we suggest a second box.

THIS SEEMS TOO GOOD TO POSSIBLY BE TRUE?
          Just wait until you use it for a few months and you are comfortable with putting a stop to the high monthly cable or satellite bills you have been paying.  It is very real and you will be amazed by the options now available to you and the lower cost without giving up much at all.

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM A FIRESTICK?
          This is a comparison similar to comparing a Corvette Stingray to a Malibu, sure both will get you from point A to B, but functionality and features are blown away.  A Fire TV Stick is very similar to an Android Box with the caveat that it needs to be "side-loaded" in order to strip away Amazon's limitations and restrictions and create a more powerful device that works like an Android Box.  Additionally, the Android box allows you to plug an ethernet cord directly into it from your router or modem giving you a much faster and smoother connection than wi-fi as you are limited to on a Fire Stick.  And don't forget all the other benefits of the box either, it is multi functional.  

I HAVE A ROKU OR APPLE TV BOX, WHY DO I NEED THIS?
          Roku or Apple TV Boxes work similarly to Android Boxes, however they are restricted to the apps available in the Roku Store or the Apple Store and do not have a component that allows you to go to another website and download content or apps that are not in their store like an Android Box does.

SHOULD I CONNECT TO THE INTERNET THROUGH A VPN?
          While it may depend on what you are watching, a VPN is a low cost way to protect your privacy online if you are concerned about your ISP keeping records of sites you are visiting and your online activities.  If you prefer to keep your activities in your own home a private matter, it is a relatively inexpensive option.

WHAT TYPE OF A REMOTE CONTROL?
        The box comes with an air mouse type remote which is usable, but we also have a low cost keyboard style remote that makes maneuvering through different apps and entering passwords and searches much easier.  You don't need it, similarly to the way you don't need a fork to eat spaghetti.  Our Account Managers get regular wireless mouse/keyboard combinations and love it.  Because you can use these boxes to turn your TV into a functional computer, you will see all the benefits.

DO I NEED A PASSWORD?
          You do not need a password for the box itself or most of the free apps for watching on demand programming.  If you do decide to add an app for Pay TV you would enter your own username and passwords much like Netflix, Amazon, or Hulu.

DO I HAVE TO LOG INTO AN ACCOUNT?
          Usually only apps that have a cost associated with them will require you to log in.  Most of the free apps do not require a log in or password information.

WHAT IF I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY SERVICE?
          We are unique in the sense that we believe in old school customer service, with top notch modern technology.  We do not have a number for you to call to get a customer service rep that will handle nothing and just upset you more.  Here, you will have your Account Manager's number to call, text, fax, leave a message or prank any time of day or night.  Their dedication levels may vary during off hours, but all are responsive to your needs just as soon as possible.  During your optional training, we will show you how to get through 98.5% of any issues that may come up without even making a call.
